How to manage your spam settings

Login to mailbox management

1. Go to https://mail.mail.coop/

2. Enter your mail.coop email address

3. Enter your password

4. Click Login

Manage Spam Settings

- Login to Mailbox Management

- Select Spam Settings

- Make changes here.  To make sure that you always receive email from a particular person add their email to a whitelist
