Importing your email

Log into your mail.coop mailbox management

1. Enter your mail.coop username
2. Enter your mail.coop password
3. Click login

Create a new "Sync Job"

1. After logging in select "Sync Jobs" from the menu

1. Select  "Create new sync job"

On the "Add sync job" screen make sure the following are set 

1. Host: "imap.myphone.coop"
2. Port: "143"
3. Username is your phonecoop email address (example here is "cni@myphone.coop")
4. Password is you phonecoop email password

Scroll down and press save.  Do not change any other settings unless advised to by mail.coop support.

You should now see that a "sync job" has been added

After around 20min the email will start to synchronise between the old myphone.coop mailbox and the new mail.coop mailbox
