Importing your contacts 

Export from myphone.coop webmail

1. Select the 3-bar menu

2. Select "Export"

Save the Contacts.vcf on your local computer

Log in to your mail.coop mailbox

After logging in select the Sogo address book by clicking on the address book icon

Select the address book settings menu

Select Import 

Upload the VCF file you downloaded earlier

Your contacts will be imported
